Below are some resources that I have found useful in my teaching career thus far. Some I found and some are others that have been shared with me. I hope you find them useful as well!

A-G Course List
Attached is a tool that our school counselors have shared with us. As an Independent Studies Teacher, we are responsible for giving correct classes on their school guide and placing previous classes on their transcripts. This tool helps us know if the classes are A-G or what their equivalent is in our setting.
Newsela
Newsela is a great resource for students and teachers to incorporate content at appropriate reading levels to make learning accessible. Some activities require for students to look up information or research topics for essays. I use this website to provide grade appropriate information for students.
Remind App
This is a messaging app that has been extremely helpful in contacting students and parents without messaging them individually on Google Voice. Our school does not have a platform like schoology or Aeries, so this has been great.
